The inlaws....It's a GOOD thing.

School has started for our kids, but for some quirky Hawaiian school schedule, The Sakuma Boyz from Hawaii came to visit us on their break. It seems that they have been in school for a month already.
After the Sakuma Boyz, the Seavey Girlz, Aya and Kashus came to visit us for a week. It has been a lot of fun for our girlz to play with the Hawaiian clan.

Dinner is always a chore to feed the masses.

Back to School...finally!

The Sakuma Boyz came to visit us in Seattle during the Labor Day weekend. It's been only 7 months since we all met, but at this age, kids grow like weeds and they all have grown. It was nice to see Luke for the first time as well.

Labor Day = Picnic. Unlike Hawaii, it was cold. Notice all the jackets and sweaters. Onigiri-saikou.
And finally, back to school for veteran 2nd grader, Karen. This will be Maya's first time riding the school bus to kindergarten. She was so excited that she woke up at 6AM and slept 2 hours after coming home from school. Maya often slept in till 10 AM during the summer...partially parents fault.
